About us

We are a mother and daughter team based in Glasgow, Scotland. Initially we decided to start our enterprise by making 1, 2 and 3 tier Nappy Cakes and we created a Facebook page to showcase our gifts. As our business grew somewhat we decided to become more adventurous and we began to create a range of unique gifts eg Cutie Cupcakes, Baby Bouquets, Nappy Cradles (large and mini ) and keepsake charms all of which have become equally as popular. We use quality baby clothing to make our gifts and they are fairly priced to suit all budgets.

At Mum and Me Baby Gifts as a mother and grandmother we fully realise and understand how the imminent arrival of a new little bundle is such a special and emotional time in peoples' lives and it is with this precious thought in mind we are inspired to create our gorgeous and unique gifts. A lot of love and care goes in to making our gifts and we often find ourselves smiling while creating them as we think of the joy and pleasure a Mum To Be or New Mum will have on receiving one.

The excitement all began for us when my middle daughter told us the news that she was expecting a baby. Everyone in the family was so excited and so the speculation began as to what sex the baby would be and what he/she would need. My other two daughters were quickly talking about the Baby Shower and how they would like to gift her a Nappy Cake. The Baby Shower was upon us in no time and we presented her with a beautiful nappy cake. The look on her face said it all! She was absolutely bowled over with her unique gift and everyone attending the Baby Shower was totally amazed at how beautiful her gift was. It certainly caused lots of excitement and chat during the course of the day. What struck me most of all was the look on my daughter's face when we presented it to her. She was smiling from ear to ear and was full of admiration at how beautiful and unique her gift was. As a family we have always been creative and after the birth of my gorgeous granddaughter we decided to put our talent and creativity to good use by creating our own beautiful, unique baby gifts and so Mum and Me Baby Gifts was born!

Mum and Me represents Marian & Marianne, that's us a mother( and also a grandmother) and daughter duo who just love babies and the joy that they bring and by gifting our unique creations we love to add a special touch to such an exciting time in anyone's life.
